Processing Time

All orders from Lymflo are processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Destination

Lymflo is operated by NU CARE LLC and currently ships to the United States only.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
Express Shipping: 5–8 business days, where available

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high demand, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery destination.

Any available free shipping offers will be shown at checkout or on the applicable product page.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.

Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

If your order exceeds the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier or fulfillment provider.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

NU CARE LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
