Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Lymflo, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you may cancel it.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Your order confirmation emails may include links to manage your order or subscription. You may also contact us for assistance.

If a subscription order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation, but you may request a refund or return where applicable under our Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet ready to ship.

We may collect full payment, no payment, or a partial deposit at checkout, depending on the offer. We may securely store your payment method and fulfill or charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

If the pre-order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund or return where applicable under our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we may authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.

You will have a specified trial period to decide whether you want to keep the item. The applicable trial period, return requirements, and payment timing will be stated at checkout or in the offer terms.

Once the trial period has passed, if you have not returned the item according to the applicable terms, we may charge your payment method for the full amount.
